What are the days and hours of operation?
The Shock House is open the 21th till the 31st of October (closed the 25th) from 7pm till 10:00pm each night.

Do we have to line up outdoors?
No, we have an indoor line-up area in 2009

Are there any age restrictions?
Yes, no one 10 years old and younger will be allowed to enter The Shock House, and children 11, and 12 years old will have to be with a parent or guardian.

Can I go through The Shock House if I'm pregnant?
The Shock House is not recommended for visitors who are pregnant, have heart conditions, or are generally in poor health.

What is the admission fee, and are there group rates?
The admission fee is $10, and there are no group rates.

Do you take credit card or interac payments?
No, we only take cash payments, sorry for any inconvenience.

Can I buy tickets in advance?
No, tickets are only available at the door.

Are the actors allowed to touch or grab me?
Not at all, they are instructed to not touch anyone.

Does The Shock House use strobe lights?
Yes there are strobe lights and possibly fog machines in use.

Can I wear a Halloween costume in The Shock House?
No, you can not wear a costume or mask inside The Shock House.

I'm a chicken, can I bring a flashlight?
No, if you are caught with a flashlight the show is over for you. You will be escorted out the nearest exit very quickly without a refund.

Does The Shock House have security?
Yes, there are numerous security people inside and outside the building.

Will someone help me through The Shock House if I'm too scared to continue?
Yes, just tell one of the actors you want help and you will be escorted through by Al, or taken to the nearest exit if that's what you choose to do.

Do you give refunds if I'm too scared to go through?
There are no refunds.
